Launched on 14 July 2026, HyLoCC began with four founding members: DBS, Keppel, Surbana Jurong and YTL PowerSeraya. HyLoCC brings researchers and industry partners together to bridge the gap between research and real-world deployment, accelerating the development and commercialisation of hydrogen and low-carbon solutions.
Connecting academia and industry through regular seminars, targeted workshops and networking sessions.
Facilitating personalised engagements between companies and CHCI researchers to address specific problem statements.
Providing consortium members with access to CHCI’s integrated equipment and analysis platform to evaluate hydrogen and carbon utilisation technologies, including techno-economic analysis.
Developing talent through continuing education and training, as well as collaborative postgraduate and undergraduate projects with consortium members, research partners and companies.
