The 2025 Hydrogen Innovation Challenge
The Centre for Hydrogen Innovations (CHI) invites enthusiastic youth to participate in an exciting competition with the theme of Singapore’s Green Energy Pathway. The challenge is open to current pre-university students in Singapore (age 16-19). You will form teams of 2-4 people from the same school.
How It Works
Round 1: KNOWLEDGE
- Pen and paper test in teams (offline), the scope will be limited to the study materials
- Top 12 teams will advance to Round 2
- Study materials: COMING SOON!
Round 2: PERFORMANCE
- Infographic competition on Instagram with the topic “Singapore’s Green Energy Pathway”
- Present an infographic during a live show in any format desired (skit, song, speech, etc.)
Prizes
One 1st prize
S$2,000
Two 2nd prizes
S$1,200/each
Three 3rd prizes
S$800/each
Consolation prizes for others in top 12, in the form of RedeemSG vouchers: S$100/each
Trophy prize for the school with the highest accumulated points over two rounds
Round 2 audience quiz winner and lucky draw prizes totalling S$100
